Can you explain online ticket fees?
STG ticketing fees are comparable to those of similar venues. We understand that fees may seem high, but we constantly work with our ticketing partner to ensure a fair fee structure.
STG online and phone ticketing fees consist of the following:
$0 fee for mobile delivery
Per ticket service charge – a portion supports STG's mission to create enriching experiences in the arts, engage diverse communities, and steward historic theatres.
Ticketmaster retains a portion of the fee for their services.
Per Order Fee – this covers direct costs of fulfillment (order verification/customer service support)
Facility Fee – Our theatre maintenance fee supports the health of our historic theatres and is charged for all purchases made in person, or online.
